It was just two hours after the accident, and Aaron had helped me submit a claim, set up a car rental, and put my mind at ease that everything would be taken care of quickly and professionally. "Aaron and his team have been nothing but wonderful to our family for almost a decade. Aaron and Mandy especially, I still remember meeting them at 18 years old and they were so kind and so helpful. I didn't need to get in touch with them for quite some time, but after 8 years both of them still remembered me and my family. They are always thorough, patient, kind, and efficient. "Aaron and his team were extremely helpful with my entire claim process after a horrible accident I was in in April. They were responsive and compassionate during the entire process. They followed up after every step, and made sure I was never left questioning or confused and truly made this terrible situation a lot easier to handle. I will never switch insurance companies because of how well this team handled the loss of my vehicle and the way they looked out for me. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!"

"With the COVID 19 and the State Shutdown, it has been really difficult doing business. Michele at the office has been working with me and MY crazy schedule VIA email for a few weeks. Amongst all the email correspondence, Aaron went out of his way, ON HIS PERSONAL TIME, to meet me to get my policy started! Talk about service! I am So Glad that I went with Aaron Seitz office. Customer service is often forgotten in place of making a buck. Between Michele and Aaron, this was NOT the case. Their service, Michele's email communication, when it was the least of my worries, sold me on bringing my business there. Aaron meeting me to seal the deal, was just icing on the cake!! Thanks!!"

"My fiance has been with State farm; Aaron Seitz for about 7 months. We had gone through a few different companies in the last few years, and this one is our favorite. The phone app is easy and very well managed. They are always friendly. And most importantly they completely work well with us. My back went out about two months ago and leaving her with the bills we got behind. But State farm was very understanding and patient. Every week they understood and never made us feel like we were ever going to get cancelled. We totally recommend Aaron Seitz. Josh and Mandy are also great agents. Thank you State Farm"
